Dedalus Labs is an AI startup building developer-focused infrastructure tools. I served as the founding brand designer, responsible for the visual identity, design system, and brand assets.

Dedalus Labs is named after Daedalus, the craftsman who survived not by flying the highest, but by building with intention. That philosophy shaped the brand: careful, iterative, and designed to support others. 

My role was to translate that mindset into a visual system built on structure, lift, and clarity. The brand is less about attracting users and more about enabling builders: giving developers the tools they need to move fast without compromising stability. While building the identity, I explored classical Greek motifs like wings, marble, proportions, and symmetry. I reinterpreted them through a modern, minimal aesthetic.

These visual experiments were my way of exploring how Greek mythology could merge technology. I made wing graphics, halftone statues, and gradients to find a balance between classical craftsmanship and contemporary technology. This stage allowed me to refine Dedalus into a visual system that feels myth-inspired but still fresh, minimal, and forward-looking.

I created a scalable brand system applied across merchandise, marketing assets, and digital platforms,
establishing a bold, recognizable presence for the startup.
